1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product is unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- It is not a sale or clearance item (unless stated otherwise).
- The product is not damaged or faulty (unless covered by warranty).
3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@himoka.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the Product: Once you have the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Please ensure the return is sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective.
- If you received a free shipping promotion on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you’d like. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that are used or damaged through misuse.
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
- Final sale items, or items purchased on clearance (unless defective).
8. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
